Implant-Supported Overdenture

Beforehand, Jeff P Dental will, upon your request, implement any prosthetic component required for your implant-supported restorations, regardless of the brand or type of implant used.

You have the option to either send us a stock of ball or Locator attachments (any brand or compatible), along with a few matching abutment replicas for milled models—which we store and reuse—or allow us to order these components from your suppliers on your behalf.

If you prefer to send us your own ball or Locator abutments, we will carefully manage your stock, keep you informed of any restocking needs, and send you a DHL label code so you can request pickup by the courier directly from your dental clinic—at no cost to you.

We collaborate with all major global manufacturers of implant systems to meet your clinical needs.

We can place the Locator or ball attachments on your overdentures, but we recommend that you do this chairside for maximum precision.

We suggest scanning the edentulous ridges with axial attachments in place, topped with their female sleeve.

We manufacture the cast metal framework (stellite) incorporating the future attachment housings. (In our opinion, only a stellite framework provides long-term resistance to flexing caused by bone resorption.)

You then proceed with the necessary try-ins (wax-ups, tooth setup, etc.)

We deliver the removable denture ready to be fitted with the female parts of the axial attachments.

For added comfort, we recommend sealing the base of the female parts with a gingival mask or Voco’s clip flow for easier removal.
