Integrated Digital Workflow
We process all STL files from major intraoral scanners: Medit, iTero, 3Shape, Planmeca, Carestream…
Our team performs a pre-check of the scans before modeling, ensuring smooth and error-free production.
Orders must not be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Files are automatically transferred via the scanner manufacturer’s platform (e.g., iTero Link, Medit Link…), which sends data directly to the lab.
To ensure perfect traceability, the practitioner must send a daily summary of the impressions sent, listing the restorations to be made.
This report, ideally sent at the end of the day by email, ensures consistency between received files and cases to be processed.
Quality Control & Compliance
Each piece is manually checked before shipping.
A traceability report always accompanies the order: practitioner or lab name, material lot, production date, operator, CE/FDA compliance.
In case of proven shade error or material defect (e.g., bubble in the ceramic, premature fracture), a single free remake is offered.
No strict deadline is imposed to report the issue: we remain flexible if a real defect is found, even after several days.
This remake covers only the same case, without treatment plan changes or added elements.
Optimized International Logistics
- Standard lead time: 4 to 7 working days (excluding remake)
- This timeframe is indicative: Jeff P Dental is not responsible for carrier delays (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- Shipping with real-time tracking
- For French practitioners, an initial step is required:
the client must provide their EORI VAT number, obtained free of charge in a few minutes from their local tax office.
This number is mandatory for import, even if VAT is not applicable. - Once this number is provided, no further customs procedures will be needed for future deliveries.
- Direct management of intermediate try-ins (step-back, remake, shade change…)
