1. Scope
These general terms apply to all sales concluded between Jeff P Dental and its professional clients: private dentists, dental health centers, clinics, and related structures.
We do not sell retail or to the general public. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Orders
Orders are received exclusively through digital workflow, via your optical scanner link (Medit, iTero, 3Shape, etc.).
To ensure proper tracking, we simply ask you to send us a brief daily copy of your orders by WhatsApp or by email at jeff@jeffpdental.com.
3. Delivered Products
All devices are custom-made, based on the data provided by the client. They are manufactured in compliance with CE 93/42/EEC standards for custom medical devices.
4. Lead Times and Delivery
- Production time: 4 to 7 working days after file validation
- Delivery via DHL Express with tracking number
- For your first order, you must provide your EORI number to the carrier
- This number is issued free of charge by your local business tax office
- Lead times may vary depending on destination country or case complexity
5. Returns, Remakes, and Disputes
A free remake is possible in case of:
- Clear shade error
- Proven fit issue (excluding scanning errors)
The remake request must include photos clearly showing the problem.
6. Responsibilities
The client is fully responsible for the files and information provided. Jeff P Dental cannot be held liable for defects resulting from:
- Corrupted, incomplete, or poorly oriented files
- Inaccurate or contradictory technical instructions
- Misuse of the delivered device
7. Warranties
Devices are guaranteed to comply with the current state of science and good practice rules. They are intended to be integrated into a treatment chain under the joint responsibility of the practitioner and the patient.
8. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront by credit card or bank transfer before production starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Jeff P Dental LLC does not charge VAT. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, if any.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Mexico.
Jeff P Dental is a company registered in the United States for the European market. In the event of translation, only the English version of these terms shall prevail.
